Khoya Kheer

Khoya kheer with lots of dry fruits. I need help in finishing it up as this dessert is very rich.

Recipe – In a kadhai add 1/2 tsp ghee. Put dry fruits like almonds, cashew and raisins. After slightly fried remove them keep aside. Boil one litre full cream milk in low heat in the same kadhai. Keep stirring till reduced to half. Then add 10 tbsp sugar syrup. I have used leftover sugar syrup of gulab jamuns. 2 tbsp cooked basmati rice.Then add 1/4 th cup khoya cut them in little cubes, one tsp ilaichi powder. Keep stirring. It took 1 and 1/2 hours as I have done it in low heat. Lastly when you are satisfied in attaining desired consistency remove from heat. Transfer in a bowl. Garnish with dry fruits and relish this.
