follow url 1.Me :How did your journey begin?
Her : I started the blog as a recipe collection for my girls to cook when they grow up. They love to eat all types of food from all over the world so my blog houses International cuisine.
can you buy Depakote in mexico 2. Me: How do you find time to manage your blog and how many hour’s you spend per day/week on an average on your blog?
Her : Apart from cooking the dishes, I spend about 3-4 hours per week researching for new dishes, editing pictures and writing the recipe.
3.Me: Please tell us about your blog and what’s the idea behind choosing your blog name?
Her : In our house the weekend feeling begins on Friday evenings. So as a special treat I started to cook International dishes for Friday dinners, about 6-7 years ago. My daughter used to say “fabulous dinnertime on Friday”.So the name stuck with me and Fabulous Fridays began. The blog gets a new recipe every Friday.
4. Me: What’s the biggest challenge you faced in maintaining your blog?
Her : The biggest challenge I face is finding time to research and put content in the blog. With home and work and kids etc it sometimes gets hectic.
5. Me: What’s your hobby apart from blogging?
Her: My hobbies include sketching, dancing and reading.
6. Me: Have you got the support you need from your family members to run your blog?
Her : My husband and girls all love to eat and no one is a fussy or picky eater. In fact they are all open to trying new things. That is the best support i get. Also they are the true critics for my food and that helps me improve everyday.
7. Me: Do you love to cook or the blogging aspect give you the push to dish out creative dishes?
Her : I love to cook for the people I love, who love to eat. Blog just happens.
8. Me: We have heard that blogging is an easy way to make money online. Do you have some tips for the future bloggers who are interested in making money from the blog?
Her : To be very frank, I haven’t been very successful in earning from the blog. Whatever comes is peanuts. Also I don’t like putting too many ads as I feel it spoils the experience for the reader. I think to earn from your blog you need to first come up with interesting and useful content. With time and patience you can establish your audience.
9. Me: Please give some Food Photography tricks to our members here.
Her: Invest in a good camera, plan to take pictures in good natural light and keep food as your main focus. Only add a couple of props to create color balance and texture, avoid cluttering.
10.Me: Please share your inputs about the group and suggestions to help us improving the group each day.
Her: FFH is an encouraging group of foodies and provides a great medium for sharing recipes. In this group I find talented cooks and I get to learn from their experiences. I love the occasional contests and food themes. This keeps everyone’s interest going. Great and hard work by group admins is really appreciated.
One suggestion is that members should have a choice between sharing recipe link and detailed recipe (and not both). As a blogger it helps me when interested viewers visit the blog.
You can see her winning recipe by typing on FB search box – #FFHVeg Vegan Kadhi.
