go I tried North Indian deluxe thali at Priyadarshini Grand, Basaveshwaranagar.
order celebrex online In the ground floor they have a basic non-AC sitting area and in the first floor they have AC proper sitting area.
Very prompt service
Resonable price with a service tax of 5.6% only. (This is what made me more happy:-))
Started with basic tomato soup and roasted papad.
The thali has pulao, two butter roti/one nan/ two tandoori roti, curd rice, dal, cabbage alu coconut masala; chole masala, paneer masala, salad and gulab jamun.
And the desser was vanila icecream with mixed fruit and dry fruit custard.
I paired the thali with a sweet lemon soda. The much needed one to wash the little spicy spread.
Overall the taste was good compared to other north Indian thali I tried before in bangalore.
But the let down was the pulao was extremely spicy with undercooked rice.
The thali has no plain rice in it.
And how come curd rice and cabbage potato coconut masala features in a North Indian thali?
When I requested to the manager to replace my pulao with plain rice or some well cooked pulao he told me I have to order extra rice and they can replace with only curd rice.
Curd rice in place of plain rice is a big No from me.
Note to self-I missed the chance to click the owner of the place when he was having lunch at the same place at same time. May be next time.
